- Client assistance with modular process.

- Conduct construction inspections at modular plant as needed (daily, weekly, etc.).
- Review and approve billings (online, offline, ready to ship and delivery).
- Review and verify change orders, lien waivers and schedule as needed.
- Document progress with photographs.
